Title:  On the homological representations of braid group

Abstract: We will consider the homological definitions of the Burau and Lawrence–Krammer–Bigelow (LKB) representations of braid groups and present sample calculations. We will discuss the connections between these representations. Moreover, we will review recent progress on the Burau representation and outline directions for future research.
