Abstract:From the Mayan's invention of the empty set to Dr. Atocha's contributions to abductive reasoning, in this talk we will give a brief overview of the history and philosophy of mathematics in and around the territory that is now known as México.

Graduate Student Seminar is mandatory for all math graduate students.
