Title: Reciprocity in Hecke groups

Abstract: A group element is called reciprocal when it is conjugate to its own inverse.

We shall classify the reciprocal elements and parametrize the reciprocal classes in the Hecke groups.

We shall estimate the growth rates for the set of reciprocal conjugacy classes in the Hecke groups.
